Blair Hill Inn's Relais & Chateaux Restaurant...
Our culinary services include a complimentary full breakfast for guests of the inn each and every morning, dinners each Tuesday through Saturday and a light evening snack of a lobster roll, salad and a Maine 'whoopie pie' on Sunday. Please note that our dining, while available for guests of the inn six nights a week, is only open to the public on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings.

~ Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings ~ we open as a restaurant for guests of the inn and the public. We serve a six-course, fixed price dinner with choices for appetizers, entrees and desserts. Reservations required and begin at 6:00 pm up until 8:00 pm and dietary restrictions & food allergies are accommodated with advance notice.
~ Sunday evening ~ guests of the inn are welcome to join us for a casual, light meal/heavy snack that includes a house-made fresh lobster roll, fresh salad and a Maine 'Whoopie Pie'. This dining option is for guests who simply want to stay at the inn, sip a cocktail, watch a sunset and enjoy a light meal. If you don't care for lobster or would prefer a full meal, we are happy to recommend one of the area restaurants.

The six-course tasting menus begin each spring when seeds are planted in our greenhouse and gardens. When cuisine is driven by what's ripe from the gardens or from local farms and is artfully homemade, each course becomes pure pleasure.
Enjoyed while overlooking beautiful Moosehead Lake - dinning here is special. The bar & cocktail lounge, fireplaces and a huge porch where you can sit with your beverage and watch the sun set over the mountains and lake await you. Our wait staff is sincere and professional. The ambiance - haut country has no snobbishness, just a mastery of fine service and pleasantness.
