Blair Hill Inn is distinguished  as much for its elegantly relaxed decor and treasured lake views as for the region's most exquisite food.  An oasis of country tranquility, guests are spoiled with a truly wonderful evening out. 

Each weekend it is as if the innkeepers were throwing a wonderful dinner party for friends. Tables are set with the warmest of luxuries and a welcomed bit of whimsy. Enjoy a glass of fine wine or a cocktail served on the veranda overlooking crystal waters and weathered mountains.  As soft lake breezes carry the fresh scent of tall pines, delicious aromas waft from the kitchen  and the setting sun casts a glow of pink, purple and red across Moosehead Lake, you will realize this is no ordinary place.

Executive Chef Jack Neal's outstanding reputation is based upon his fresh interpretation of traditional dishes, concentrating on local ingredients.  As spring turns to summer, Chef Neal reinvents Maine's seasonal ingredients pairing exemplary produce, fresh seafood and farm-raised meats with a trove of new tastes, a cornucopia of things to match and marry in new and exciting ways. 

A glass of great wine, sumptuous food and an absolutely heavenly setting await your arrival.  You’ll feel as welcomed and relaxed as you do in your own home, and yet have an experience that is lively, inspiring, and wonderfully delicious.  Dining at Blair Hill Inn will be a highlight of your Maine experience.

Our five-course meals are offered at $59 per person. Please note that our dining room is open to both our guests and the public each Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings only. We would be happy to assist our guests with reservations at other restaurants during the week.
