A reservation at Blair Hill Inn is the hottest ticket in town. The inn serves the kind of cuisine food-obsessed people want to eat; seasonal, light, creative, tasty and unpretentious. It is oh-so-good and the view is to die for!
The making of each meal begins each spring when seeds are planted in the inn's greenhouse and gardens. Here they become the chef's market place for breakfast and dinner. When the menu is driven by what's ripe in the gardens or from local farms and everything is artfully homemade, each course becomes pure pleasure.
So what makes Blair Hill Inn so special? The view - it is the best. Drive by and see it. The bar & cocktail lounge, a fireplace and huge porch where you can sit with your beverage and watch the sun set over the mountains and lake. The wait staff - all attired in black dresses, sincerely professional. The ambiance - haut country. No snobbishness here just a mastery of fine service and pleasantness. The dress is "dining out fancy", Maine style. You can figure that out. The menu is prix fix 6-course, and it's delicious. Just go and see.

Our six-course dinners are open to the public and our inn-guests every Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening from mid-June through mid-October.
A delightful, intimate dinner for guests staying with us is served each Tuesday evening.
